1) Is there any possible to use my appointed label or package?
Yes. If needed, we’d like to use label or package according to your requirement.

2) Do you accept small orders?
Yes. If you are a small retailer or starting up business,we are definitely willing to grow up with you. And we are looking forward to co-work with you for a long term relationship.

3) How about the price? Can you make it cheaper?
We always take the customer’s benefit as the top priority. Price is negotiable under different conditions, we are assuring you to get the most competitive price.

4) Do you offer free samples?How long you can send the sample out?
Yes, samples are available. For normal products, samples are for free and you just need to bear the freight; For those high value products, you just need to bear the freight and certain product cost. When we both cooperate for some times or when you are our VIP customer, free sample will be offered when you need.We can send the sample out within 2-3 days after the confirmation.

5) How and when can I get my goods after payment?
For small quantity products, they will be delivered to you by international courier(DHL, FedEx, TNT etc.) or by air. Usually it will cost 5~10days that you can get the goods after delivery.For large quantity products, shipping by sea is worthwhile.It will cost days to weeks to come to your destination port, which depends on where the port is.

6) What are your payment terms ? Any third party payment ?
We usually accept T/T, Western Unionn and L/C.

7) Can I visit your company and factory in China?
Sure, you are very welcomed to visit our company in Wuhan, Hubei, China. It needs 4 hours from Beijing, 5 hours from Shanghai by high speed train.

8) How Can I place an order?
You could directly place an order via our website, and sure you could just send us inquiry to any of our sales representatives to get detailed order information, and we will explain the detail process.

9) How can you guarantee the goods you offer is qualified?
We always believe that honesty and responsibility are the basis of one company, so whatever products we provide for you are all qualified. We will have goods tested and provide COA before delivery for sure.
